Activities at the University:

Roland Unger
  • Since 1985 scientific co-worker at the Department of Physics.
  • Scientific subjects were and are polymer physics (crystallization and phase behaviour in block co­poly­mers, rubber-elastic behaviour in rubbers with different fillers) and metal physics (precipitation investi­gations in aluminium alloys).
  • Measurement methods used: dsc, dielectric spec­tros­copy (from 1 mHz to 1 MHz), dynamic-mechanical spec­tros­copy (rheometer), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), and positron-annihilation spectroscopy.
     
  • Since 1998 scientific co-worker at the Institute of Sociology.
  • Working branch: Methods of empirical social research, network administration.
